Babysitters: The pettiest crimes are committed by people we trust the most and unfortunately, babysitters have a long and storied history of flagrant theft and bad behavior. They’re a great place to start if you’re thinking of electronic surveillance.
Housekeepers: There are very few times when we give strangers a key to our house and for the most part, housekeepers are honest and diligent. You should pay attention, though, and be open and honest if any problems arise.
Neighbors: The people we choose to live near often know the most about our business and schedules and unfortunately are often in on a robbery. Know your neighbors well but don’t be too open with your doors or your timing.
